Shipping and Delivery

We are doing our best to address this and aim to send out your orders as soon as possible.
Please be assured that your order remains our priority; they are being processed and you will receive an update soon.

You will be provided with the carrier's name and tracking number via email once your order ships.

Note: In most cases, your order is finalised immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
 
It is easy to stay up to date on the status of your order:

All you need to do is log into your account to view your order status. Log into My Account and review your order history.

All other order tracking information will be based on the carriers site.
 
You can find all your tracking information on the carriers site. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email.
 
Orders placed after 12.00PM ICT Monday - Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

Shipping type Delivery at a flat rate. Minimum order amount for free shipping
Standard type for Bangkok and surrounding areas (Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani) 55 baht 1,500 baht
Standard type for other provinces - outside of Bangkok and surrounding areas (Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom) 90 baht 2,000 baht

Shipping and handling of products at a flat rate of 55 baht are available for orders under 1,500 baht for standard value delivery to physical addresses and rented post office boxes in Bangkok and its surrounding areas.


Delivery at a flat rate of 90 baht is available for orders with a value of less than 2,000 baht for standard value delivery to physical addresses and rented post office boxes in provincial areas outside of Bangkok and its surrounding areas.


For orders with a total merchandise value (after discount) of more than 1,500 baht will receive free shipping and handling for areas in Bangkok and its surrounding areas while items (after discount) over 2,000 baht will receive free shipping and handling for provincial areas outside of Bangkok and surrounding areas. However, not all services are available for all destinations. Available shipping company options will be displayed during checkout.


*Delivery to various rented postal boxes will take place in the case where there is no recipient of the product at the residence.


Note: Orders placed after 12:00 AM (ICT+7) Monday-Friday. Items may not be processed until the next business day. There are no shipping on Saturdays.


Shipping and handling costs – including taxes, duties and agent fees (if any) – will be automatically added to your total during checkout.


 
Dangerous goods (also known as hazardous material or hazmat) are any substances or materials that are capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, and property during transportation. Identifying dangerous goods is the first step to reduce the risks posed by the product with proper packaging, communication, handling, and storage.

Goods with these characteristics are considered dangerous (not exhaustive):

 
  • Radioactive
  • Flammable
  • Explosive
  • Corrosive
  • Toxic
  • Oxidizing
  • Infectious
  • Other regulated materials

Electronic equipment, perfumes and other sprays may be classified as Dangerous Goods. Some materials or chemicals may have characteristics that cause them to become harmful in specific circumstances.
 
We do not offer this option currently; however, shipping and handling of products at a flat rate of 55 baht are available for orders under 1,500 baht for standard value delivery to physical addresses and rented post office boxes in Bangkok and its surrounding areas.

Delivery at a flat rate of 90 baht is available for orders with a value of less than 2,000 baht for standard value delivery to physical addresses and rented post office boxes in provincial areas outside of Bangkok and its surrounding areas.

At this time, we only ship to addresses that are located within Thailand.
 
If your order has not arrived, please call the carrier, and allow one additional business day past the delivery estimate, or one additional business day after your shipping timeframe. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us at cs@rituals.co.th.

NOTE: Be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbour or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Rituals Cosmetics will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.

Shipping & handling will be charged at the time of order being placed. If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, shipping & handling charges will be assessed for the entire order at the time of the initial shipment. You will not be charged for an item until it is shipped.

Shipping & handling is a taxable service.
