Some products included in our Sale are offered at a reduced price due to approaching best-before dates.

All near-expiry items are safe to use and meet our quality standards. These products are checked before dispatch to ensure they are within their best-before period at the time of delivery.

Due to the discounted nature of these items, standard return conditions apply unless the product is faulty.
We would love to take your purchase to the next level. A Rituals membership account allows you to benefit from exclusive promotions that are consistently varied so that we can surprise you with something new. You can expect, amongst other things:
  • First-time Online buyer : As a warm welcome to our Rituals family, we are delighted to offer you an exclusive treat. Use the code WELCOME200 to enjoy THB200 off your very first purchase with a minimum spend of THB1000. This one-time offer applies to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with Try Now offers or special sales promotions.(Ended on 31st October 2025-the code be used from 1st November , until further updates)
  • A gift with your order: we are happy to surprise you with a gift above a certain purchase amount. You will receive a maximum of one gift per order, choose which one you want in your shopping cart.
  • Try Now: a great opportunity to try one of our products. You can purchase a maximum of three products at the Try Now rate, stocks permitting.
  • Special Sales: Enjoy your favorite products at a reduced rate, while supplies last. These exclusive offers are available for a limited time only, may apply to select items with a restricted quantity per transaction, and may not be eligible for Gift With Purchase promotions.

    • Please note: online promotions may differ from those in our stores. You can only access these online promotions once you have logged into your Rituals account. Offer is valid while stocks last.
Of course, we understand that you want to fully enjoy all your benefits. There are several reasons why your discount may not have been applied. We recommend checking the conditions of your promotion. Below are the most common scenarios:

  • Make sure you are logged into your account.
  • Please note that discount codes cannot be used on sale items.
  • You can use a maximum of one discount code per order.
  • Our Try Now rate is valid for a maximum of three products.
  • A gift at the time of purchase counts as a promotion and cannot be combined with discount codes.
  • The first-time buyer promotion : This promotion is for new customers only and is valid exclusively for online sign-ups who have not previously registered an account or made a purchase with Rituals Thailand.(Ended on 31st October 2025-the code cannot be used from 1st November , until further updates)
  • Your promotion cannot be used in combination with our Amsterdam Collection or Limited Editions.
  • The promotion may have expired and is no longer valid.
We are happy to surprise you with a gift with your order above a certain purchase amount. You will receive a maximum of one gift per order; you can choose in your shopping cart which gift you want to receive. Ensure that you are logged into your account when ordering so that you can immediately make a choice.

Please note that shipping costs do not contribute to this minimum amount.
Have you received a discount code that you want to redeem with your order? You can easily add this to your shopping cart on our website. Discount codes can not be redeemed in our app. Does your discount code not work? We advise you to check the conditions of your discount code. Perhaps it has expired, or cannot be combined with a promotion/discount code that is already in your shopping cart.
