Reignite your sense of joy and happiness with this mood-boosting meditation

Moods come and go. They do not represent the state of your life, they just pretend to! During the gloomier months it’s common to feel a bit more stressed, irritated, or just flat. But by practicing this meditation for joy and happiness, you will create the right conditions for more happy thoughts to flourish.

 

During this session we are nurturing four essential ingredients of happiness: kindness and compassion (for others and ourselves), playfulness, and inner balance. By taking a moment to foster these into our daily lives, we can reconnect with a more content state of mind, and step away from negative internal dialogue.

 

So, settle into this time for yourself, and take a step towards turning your mood around. It's time to start a-fresh. Because you're only as happy as your last thought! allow yourself to be!
