Ground yourself with this meditation for holiday overwhelm

The festive season is a time when happiness is all around. But often we can get so wrapped up in the stress, that we lose sight of the meaning of the holidays - the simple joy of spending time with loved ones and creating meaningful moments. This meditation focuses on helping you to make the most of the happy parts of the holidays. To feel positive and grateful for the good times with family and friends. Simply listen, enjoy this moment and be thankful for the good things the holidays bring.
